Delivery & secure payment

We ship our electric fireplaces to customers across the European Union. Due to the size, weight, and glass components of our products, we use specialized freight transport to ensure your order arrives safely.


1. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We collaborate with trusted international logistics partners to deliver your order, including DB Schenker, Raben, and Rohlig Suus.

How is the shipping cost calculated?
The cost depends on the destination country and the size of the pallet required for your specific fireplace model.

  • Full Pallet: Required for our largest models (Regal 182, Monarch 183, Unity 183, Solis 180).
  • Half-Pallet: Used for all other standard fireplace models.

⚠️ Important: Curbside Delivery
Please note that our products are delivered via freight transport. The service is “Curbside Delivery” (delivery to the building/property entrance).

The driver will lower the pallet from the truck to the ground but is not obliged to carry the product up stairs, into the elevator, or inside your apartment. Please ensure you have assistance available to move the fireplace inside your home upon arrival.

2. Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time: 10 – 14 Days

We aim to deliver your order within 10 to 14 calendar days from the moment your payment is confirmed.

  • Processing: We prepare and pack your order within 1-2 business days.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow the shipment status.

3. Shipping Costs (VAT Included)

4. Receiving Your Shipment

We take great care in packaging our fireplaces to prevent damage. However, as with all glass products, damage can occasionally occur during transport.

Procedure upon delivery:

  1. Inspect the package: Please check the condition of the pallet and packaging in the presence of the driver.
  2. Report Damage: If you see visible damage to the packaging or the product, you must ask the driver to write a Damage Report (Protocol of Damage) immediately.
  3. Contact Us: Please email us a photo of the damage and the report so we can process the insurance claim and send you a replacement immediately.

5. Payment Methods

We offer secure payment options. All transactions are encrypted via SSL protocol to ensure your data is safe.

  • Credit / Debit Cards: We accept payments via Stripe. You can pay securely using Visa, MasterCard, and other major cards.
  • Direct Bank Transfer: You can make a traditional SEPA transfer to our bank account.
    Note: Orders paid via bank transfer will be processed for shipping once the funds are credited to our account.
